Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement email marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive lead generation and customer retention.
. Design eye-catching email templates and content that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
. Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted campaigns.
. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize strategies accordingly.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve email marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:
. Proven experience (1-2 years) in email marketing, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
. Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing.
